1. Overview
At Quelthorvyyxin, we want you to be satisfied with every purchase of Carvonil. This Return Policy explains the circumstances under which returns and refunds are available, and the process for requesting them.
Nothing in this policy limits, excludes, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Your statutory consumer rights are in addition to any rights described in this policy.
2. Australian Consumer Law Guarantees
Under the Australian Consumer Law, all products we sell come with automatic statutory guarantees that they will be:
- Of acceptable quality (safe, durable, fit for purpose, acceptable appearance and finish)
- Fit for any particular purpose made known to us at the time of purchase
- As described on this website and on the product label
If a product does not meet one of these guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy. The remedy available depends on the nature of the failure:
- Major failure: You are entitled to choose a full refund or replacement.

3. Our Voluntary Return Period
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary return period of 30 days from the date of delivery for products that are:
- Returned in original, unopened condition
- In their original packaging with the seal intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
Opened or partially used products are not eligible for our voluntary return period, except where a statutory guarantee has not been met.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, health, and regulatory reasons, the following are not eligible for return under our voluntary policy:
- Products with broken seals or tamper-evident packaging that has been opened
- Products that have been used or partially consumed
- Products not returned in their original packaging
- Products purchased from third-party retailers (returns must be arranged through the retailer)
These restrictions do not apply where you have a valid claim under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your full name, order number, and the reason for the return.
- We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with further instructions.

We recommend using a trackable postal service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Unless the return is due to a fault on our part, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome of your return request. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Where required under the Australian Consumer Law, refunds will be processed promptly regardless of our standard timelines.
If your return is not approved (for example, the product does not meet our return conditions and there is no ACL failure), we will notify you and, if applicable, return the product to you at your cost.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at ask-usinformation-@quelthorvyyxin.world. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate and cover all associated postage costs.
8. Change of Mind
Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement for change of mind. Our voluntary 30-day return policy (section 3) covers certain change-of-mind returns for unopened products at our discretion.
